Getting Started
Registration
To use QPower first you have to link your meter number to your mobile phone. This allows you to conveniently recharge your meter using various methods like SMS, USSD.
You can register up to Five Cash Power Meters on your line.

1. You must be a QCell customer to use eFankanta.
2. Send R ‘Meter Number’ to 333.
3. To confirm your registration, Send CR ‘Meter Number’ to 333.
USSD Registration
1. *Dial 363#: Open your phone’s dialer and enter *363#.
2. Select the option for registration by replying with the number 3.
3. Enter Meter Number: Enter your QPower meter number.
4. Reply with 1 to confirm the registration of your meter.

1. Open a message to “333”
2. Simply type D followed by the amount and click send to 333.
3. You will receive a text message giving you the token.

1. *Dial 363#: Open your phone’s dialer and enter *363#.
2. Reply 1 on the menu to buy QPower.
3. Choose the meter number you want to purchase QPower for.
4. Select the amount you want to buy.
Scratch Card Recharge
1. Simply scratch the card to reveal the secret code
2. send the secret code via SMS to 333
3. A text message giving you the token will be sent
4. Enter the token in your cash power meter.
